Echoes of Pompeii

Mayor Thomas M. McDermott, Jr. and The Hammond Port Authority are excited to welcome the return of Echoes of Pompeii to The Pavilion at Wolf Lake on Saturday, August 8th, 2026!

Echoes of Pompeii is comprised of an 11-piece orchestra to give fans the true sound of a Pink Floyd concert. From synthesizers, delayed vocals, slide guitars and female backup singers, Echoes of Pompeii leaves no stone unturned. They will grab you with our state-of-the-art visuals such as lasers, lights, video, and iconic images that Pink Floyd was well known to produce. Echoes of Pompeii plays all eras of Pink Floyd from the early Syd Barrett days to the later exclusion of the Roger Waters era, and everything in between. So let Echoes of Pompeii take you back in time when we were all young and listening to the best music and making the best memories.

Echoes of Pompeii will perform a FREE show as part of The Pavilion at Wolf Lake’s Summer Concert Series. New for 2026, the WHAM! After Midnight Ride will take place later the same night.
